In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading our prestige and electric vehicle credit hire claims department, ensuring efficient claims processing, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities: Claims Management: Oversee the entire credit hire claims process for prestige and electric vehicles, from initial intake to resolution.
Review and assess complex claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with legal teams and insurance companies to negotiate and settle claims in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Maintain a high level of expertise in prestige and electric vehicle claims, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
