Credit Controller

Details of the offer

Due to the growth of our business, we are looking for a Credit Controller to join our team as soon as possible.

This role which is within our corporate credit control team, will see the successful applicant manage their own portfolio of large industrial/commercial or public sector customers.
By managing the full credit control process post billing, you will need to manage your customers effectively, working with your colleagues across the business to resolve any queries as required.

The successful applicant: We are looking for an individual who already has previous credit control experience (at least one year), although this does not need to be in the utilities industry.
Applications from those individuals who have experience in the B2B space or with the public sector are particularly welcome.

You will also need to be: A strong written and oral communicator, who can effectively build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Highly organised and experienced in managing your own workload, reporting progress as required.
Already experienced with using Microsoft Excel, and have a good familiarity with general IT applications (specific training will be provided for our systems).

Working Pattern In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home.
Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
