Credit Controller Crawley Up to £32,000 Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
Monitor credit limits and payment terms, taking appropriate action when accounts exceed limits or are overdue.
Handle queries and disputes professionally to resolve payment delays.
Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy of invoices and payments.
Prepare and issue monthly statements and overdue notices.
Maintain detailed records of communication with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to resolve account issues.
Provide regular reports on debtor performance and highlight any areas of concern.
Requirements: Credit Control experience isn't crucial however must have experience working in customer service, doing a high number of calls on a daily basis.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
