Working in the credit control team you will play a key role in assisting with the collection of cash by building strong relationships with key clients (be they companies or candidates) and stakeholders.
You will help compile reports for clients, produce letters and liaise with clients via email and phone to ensure payments are mid in good time whilst also being mindful of protecting the long-term relationships.
This role is not just open to existing Credit Controllers - we want to hear from you if you are currently in a financial customer services role maybe in renewals or sales as your skills may well suit this client.
