The Job To take a proactive role in collecting outstanding monies from overdue debtors.
Providing a high level of customer service, ensuring customer queries are resolved effectively and efficiently.
Playing a key part in the achievement of departmental targets.
Ensure timely payments from customers on your assigned ledger by actively chasing overdue debt by phone and email Work within the guidelines of the companies credit policy at all times To ensure that all tasks assigned to you are completed to a high standard Maintain excellent working relationships with all team members, colleagues and key stakeholders Actively support other team members to ensure departmental targets and tasks are complete To deliver excellent service to customers by understanding their needs, providing recommendations with integrity, and delivering first rate solutions To own and resolve customer problems where appropriate To demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities To have excellent analytical, organisational and prioritisation skills with the efficient technical support of a Workshop.
