As a Debt Collection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recovering unpaid invoices and ensuring clients' financial success.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of debts and implement effective collection strategies Contact debtors to negotiate payment terms and resolve outstanding balances Liaise with third-party debt collectors and legal representatives Analyse collection data and identify areas for improvement Qualifications: Proven experience in debt collection, preferably within the B2B environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines If you're a motivated and results-oriented individual who is passionate about debt collection please apply for full information.
