Three Bridges Recruitment have partnered with an Aberdeen-based global energy organisation that is looking for a skilled Credit Controller to join the team.
In this key role for the business, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of credit control / collections and Accounts Receivable management.
This is a permanent full-time role that will provide exposure to numerous business areas.

This is a fantastic role with benefits on offer of: Highly Competitive salary Hybrid working Private medical insurance 32 days annual leave Generous pension scheme Job The role of Credit Controller will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following: Actively manage credit to minimise risk Offer recommendations for reviewing customer credit limits and setting aside sales reserves/bad debt provisions Reach out to customers via phone, email, or other approved methods to ensure timely payments Generate account statements Work closely with team members to optimise the collection process in alignment with company goals Provide high-quality customer support for credit and collection matters Escalate recurring delinquent accounts as required by company policy Identify and address factors contributing to payment delays Assist with cases of customer insolvency Promote the use of technology to streamline and automate collections Coordinate with the Billing team on invoicing and revenue matters Handle additional responsibilities to support the Credit & Collections department You As a Credit Controller, you will be skilled and/or qualified in the following: Significant experience in collections, billing, or a relevant accounting role Strong skills in reporting, research, analysis, communication, and organisation Familiarity with contract terms and collection-related laws and regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database tools, and ERP systems Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial capabilities (preferred) Experience with multicurrency transactions and understanding of country-specific financial regulations Ability to effectively navigate customer contracts and web portal At Three Bridges Recruitment, two of our values are "striving for brilliance" and "relatability".
