Job summary The Credit Controller role at Avery Healthcare in Northampton is a 6-month fixed-term contract position with a salary range of £26,000 to £28,000 per annum.

Specific responsibilities will include monitoring and managing accounts receivable, communicating with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans, maintaining accurate records of all credit control activities, and collaborating with the Care Home team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.

If this sounds like the place for you, wed love to hear from you!ABOUT THE ROLEYour focus as Credit Controller will be to be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records within the care home industry.Other responsibilities will include: Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of historic outstanding debts.
Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans.
Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and prepare regular reports for management.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential To be successful in this role, you should have experience working as a Credit Controller or in a similar role, ideally in a care home setting.
You should have a strong understanding of credit control principles and practices, as well as proficiency in financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong organisational and time management skills are also essential.
