Supporting the development and managing a team of two who cover the credit management activity in two distinct divisions of the business Manage the Administration of our Sidetrade Credit Management platform monitoring workflows and evaluating effectiveness of platform putting forward suggestions for changes implementing after agreementManaging the Experian uploads and downloads which provide, the risk profile presented by our customers with a report being issued to the required audience on a weekly basisManage and support escalations made by the team providing appropriate guidance and direction where requiredOversee that customer static data is accurately maintained ensuring any required updates are made promptly and where necessary in our ERPCreate an environment where excellent relationships with customers as well as peers in other departments are always the normAct as the focal point for our relationship with our Credit Management software provider keeping the whole team updated on forthcoming changes and feedback provided on improvements to the platformYou will provide support to colleagues within the immediate team covering periods of leave and absenceGain and maintain ongoing sufficient knowledge from direct reports about the Unlicenced Property and Managed division parts of the business to effectively support the teamCommensurate with the position, you will naturally seek to support and help create a world class credit management function.

What you'll bring...Driving a strong performance culture and delivering synergies across the team.Developing a very strong customer service ethos and excellent relationships with internal and external customers.The role will require technical ability to evaluate and make changes in a Credit Management platform, create weekly reports from a Credit Reference Agency platform and support the growth of the two direct reports.Our Credit Management team within FSS help to secure the largest asset, the debtor asset within Greene King.
