Credit Control Supervisor - NHS / Council ExperienceSalary: £38,000Location: BorehamwoodHybrid Working: 3 days a week in the office Main responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the credit control team.
Dealing with escalations including credit notes and invoicing queries, Reporting and analysis of outstanding debt Managing a ledger of accounts.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit control.
Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
Checking processes are being adhered to including, remittances, cash allocations High volume query resolution Main Requirements: Previous experience in similar role is essential.
A can-do attitude with willingness to lead a team.
Ability to work in a changing and fast paced environment.
Experience with local authorities/ councils.
