Job Title: Creator Success Executive Location: Remote / Hybrid Reports to; Creator Performance Manager Department: Creator Program Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Creator Success Executive at WE CREATE POPULAR is responsible for supporting our creator program by ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes, assisting in content scheduling, and maintaining key relationships with creators.
This role involves a balance of administrative support and external-facing responsibilities, fostering strong relationships with our creators to help them deliver exceptional content.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on tracking performance metrics, managing scheduling, and ensuring creators' content adheres to agreed plans and timelines.
Key Responsibilities Content Scheduling & Tracking: Coordinate and manage content calendars to ensure creators maintain a content schedule at least 7 days in advance.
Trend & Idea Generation: Monitor current and viral trends to suggest fresh, relevant ideas to creators, supporting them in producing innovative content that resonates with their audience.
Revenue & Profit Tracking: Support the team in tracking and reporting revenue and profit per creator, assisting in implementing adjustments to meet targets.
Post-Production Briefing Support: Gather and share key information to ensure post-production teams are properly briefed, aiming for high content retention rates.
Creator Engagement Coordination: Plan and post engaging comments from creators to ensure continuous engagement with their communities.
Plan and distribute creator content into relevant private and public groups.
Creator Engagement Coordination: Slot Management: Track content slots across all creators, flagging missed slots or scheduling gaps to the Talent Director.
Simple Video Edits: Download and edit new and existing content from creator libraries, in line with creators styles, ensuring all quality and criteria checks are met Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new creators, ensuring tasks from the onboarding checklist are completed on time.
Data Entry & Reporting: Regularly update and maintain records of creator metrics and performance, supporting the Talent Director in weekly and monthly reporting.
Key Outcomes & KPIs Content Delivery & Schedule: Ensure creators deliver content as per the agreed brief and maintain schedules at least 7 days in advance.
Post-Production Efficiency: Ensure post-production is consistently briefed to meet the retention benchmarks Engagement & Sharing: Ensure every video has community engagement and has been distributed into relevant private and public groups Slot & Frequency Management: Ensure all content slots are filled, raising concerns when slots are missed.
Creator Satisfaction: Maintain an average creator satisfaction of 70% Onboarding Success: Complete all onboarding tasks within the specified 30-day timeline for each new creator.
Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in an administrative, client-facing, or support role, ideally within media, content creation, or digital marketing.
Creativity and familiarity with social media trends, digital content, and the ability to generate engaging ideas.
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with creators and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with Adobe Suite or Capcut, Google Suite and Meta Business Suite a plus Why Join Us?
