To continue providing this care, we are looking for warm, motivated, and person-centred Relief Support Workers passionate about delivering personalized support tailored to individual care plans.
As a Relief Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
-Providing respectful and practical emotional support to our service users
-Enhancing social opportunities and community engagement
-Building and maintaining warm, trusting relationships with service users
-Collaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure coordinated and consistent services
We offer flexible payment options, allowing you to choose between weekly or monthly payments.
While having a car is desirable for this role, it is not a requirement.
Requirements:
-At least twelve months of experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
-A warm and person-centred approach
-A relevant professional qualification is desirable but not essential
As a member of Creative Support Bank Staff, you'll have access to our free app, enabling you to pick up shifts nationwide, access service information, and get directions.
