With a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from start-ups to national brands, you'll be working on a variety of exciting projects.
The Position We're Looking to Fill As a Full-Time Creative Strategist at Public Nectar, you will play a key role in developing and executing creative strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and growth for our clients.
You will be part of a team of 21 that is committed to continuous improvement, sharing expertise, and delivering data-driven results.

Your Main Responsibilities: Developing performance-driven strategies for creatives that help our clients meet their business objectives, using data and insights to guide your decision-making Developing creative testing roadmaps based around core client KPIs and audience research Deep diving into client reviews and social platforms to pull out key: Product/company value propositions Customer pain points Desired outcomes Purchase prompts Misconceptions & objections On the back of the above research, developing informed messaging strategies to utilise within creative Briefing creative iterations & new concepts to designers based on creative roadmaps and insight drawn from creative reporting Closely collaborating with Paid Social Specialists and other creators to brainstorm new ideas and receive feedback on the performance of your creative, allowing you to continuously optimise strategy Managing multiple projects for different brands simultaneously, delivering quality strategy & briefing documents on time and with attention to detail, ensuring that all clients' needs are met Actively participating in team meetings, bringing unique perspectives to the table to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to design Continuously experimenting with new ideas and strategies to create better results for clients You must constantly be aware of upcoming trends on social platforms and up-to-date with potential new content angles You will be responsible for ensuring we deliver UGC content consistently for each client account.. You will be working closely with creators to ensure the UGC content created is of a high and commercially viable quality.
