Gymproluxe is looking for a Creative Strategist who can amplify its digital presence and craft ad content that turns heads and drives conversions.

Reporting directly to the founder, you'll dream up, script, and produce ad concepts that resonate with audiences and drive engagement.
This role offers the unique opportunity to blend creative vision with strategic execution, elevating Gymproluxe's brand voice while directly impacting growth.
Key Responsibilities Creative Conceptualisation: Develop, script, and oversee the production of 100+ ad concepts monthly, from ideation to batch shooting and final edits.
Market Research: Analyse competitor strategies and ad trends, positioning Gymproluxe's content as fresh and trend-setting.
Content Experimentation: Explore diverse ad formats—static ads, user-generated content, and hyper-targeted concepts—maximising brand impact.
Performance Analysis: Monitor ad performance, refining content strategies based on data insights to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborative Synergy: Partner closely with the founder to ensure high-performing, brand-aligned ad content.
Who We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year in managing paid marketing, especially across Paid Social channels.
Proven track record in content creation, with a knack for video scripting and storytelling.
A data-driven, results-oriented mindset to inform and enhance ad strategies.
Experience in Retail & E-commerce (especially direct-to-consumer).
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to follow processes meticulously and deliver on time, error-free.
Creative, proactive, and adaptable—a can-do mindset passionate about delivering outstanding work.
Strong communication skills, both within the team and externally.
Attention to detail and accuracy is non-negotiable.
