Role Purpose: The Creative Producer (Travel) will work across multiple international projects, bringing creative travel concepts to life.
This role requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to ensure that plans are executed to the highest standards both on-set and in delivery.
A significant portion of this role will involve international travel to capture compelling social travel documentaries.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with Producers to ensure creative ideas are effectively brought to life in production, aligning with brand goals and strategy.
Manage on-set shoots across various international locations to ensure creative integrity and quality in filming and direction.
Oversee the post-production process to ensure high-quality, on-brand content delivery.
Develop an in-depth understanding of how to grow audiences on social platforms, particularly YouTube.
Maintain a strong knowledge of YouTube influencers, channels, and their content, especially within the travel niche.
Optimise content on relevant platforms, with a deep understanding of YouTube thumbnails, titles, and YouTube Studio.
Work quickly and accurately under pressure, managing your workload and taking direction as part of the creative team.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the allocated budget.
Analyse the performance of videos, using data to provide post-campaign creative reports to the Client Services Team.
Coordinate with local crews and manage logistical challenges of international shoots alongside the Production team.
Capture authentic and engaging travel stories that resonate with a global audience.
