The time has come to expand the team and hand over the baton to a Lead Creative with exceptional graphic design abilities and strong editorial skills.
What You'll Do: As the Lead Creative , you'll take ownership of the entire creative journey—from concept to launch—transforming ideas into market-ready products.
Once a game concept is handed off by a writer, it will be your responsibility to ensure it's polished to perfection.
You'll thoroughly review the game, collaborating with the writer to address any plot inconsistencies before moving on to design the game's visual assets.
Your role will include creating captivating artwork, designing eye-catching packaging, and writing compelling copy for the back of the box.
Additionally, you'll develop clear instructions and craft dynamic promotional content to ensure the game is launch-ready.
We're Looking for a... Creative Leader : You have a strong portfolio showcasing experience in leading creative projects.
You possess a keen editorial eye, sharp judgment, and impeccable attention to detail.
Your design skills are second to none, and you're proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (Xd, Pr, Ae, and Figma are a bonus).
Visionary Storyteller : You're passionate about storytelling and can transform concepts into compelling experiences through the written word.
Master Organizer : You'll coordinate designers, illustrators, writers, translators, and other colleagues to ensure smooth collaboration while maintaining high content standards.
Your organizational skills ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality.
You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, stay ahead of deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Innovative Problem Solver : Our games are currently rooted in the murder mystery genre, so you have a knack for creating and understanding puzzles and game mechanics that engage and challenge players.

In a remote setting, your reliability is critical.
Tabletop Game Enthusiast (Nice to have, but not essential): A love for tabletop games, or at least familiarity with them, will help you connect with our audience and understand what keeps players coming back for more.
