Role Description As a Creative Designer, you'll play a vital role in bringing eLearning content to life by implementing customer brand guidelines and creating versatile design solutions, you'll have the creative freedom to: Develop unique design concepts from open briefs, either independently or collaboratively.
Deliver high-quality, visually stunning designs for various themes and styles.
Work alongside fellow designers to enhance and adapt existing designs.
What You Bring to the Team Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll convey your creative concepts to the Studio team, Learning Nexus organisation, and customers.
A meticulous eye for detail and quality is a must, ensuring a consistent, customer-centred approach across all projects.
You will also need the following skills: Organisational Skills: You have excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring each is delivered on time.
Talent: An instinctive ability to exercise good judgment and skilfully manipulate contrast, scale, pacing, and typography to develop new and appropriate learning solutions.
Technical Skills: Up-to-date and continuously expanding technical skills to stay current with new developments, solutions, and design tools.

Team Player: You are a team player with a positive attitude, effectively prioritising tasks and contributing to a collaborative environment.
