Key Responsibilities • Lead and Inspire: Head a talented creative team to deliver innovative concepts and content.
• Data-Driven Creativity: Marry data insights with creativity to craft compelling influencer campaigns.
• Multi-Platform Oversight: Oversee projects from ideation to execution across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and Podcasts.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with account managers, strategists, and influencer partnerships teams to ensure every campaign is a hit.
• Trendsetting: Stay ahead of industry trends to push the boundaries of what's possible.
• Strategic Vision: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results.
• Client Engagement: Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating the vision and strategy behind each campaign.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards and brand guidelines.

Desired Knowledge & Skills • Experience: 7+ years in marketing, advertising, or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
• Influencer Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of influencer marketing dynamics and strategies.
• Multi-Platform Fluency: Proficient in emerging trends and social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and podcasts.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a creative team.
