We're looking for an inspiring Creative Director to lead our growing creative team and take us to new creative heights! This person will have a track record of creating exciting and engaging social-first content for big brands and truly understand and appreciate the nuances of social media creative. With experience across not only social-first creative but also production, they will direct Spin's creative vision across the agency and be actively involved in the work across a variety of our key clients.

Here's what you'll be doing... Join our leadership team to drive our creative approach within the agency and manage our creative, production and design teams.Oversee and direct work across our key clients day-to-day while setting a creative vision for the future and ensuring all of our creative output exceeds client expectations.Develop the Creative Offering alongside the Head of Operations, responsible for shaping and evolving the agency's creative product.Oversee Creative Output Across the Business, ensuring that all work is of the highest quality and aligned with our clients' strategy.Manage Key Creative Roles, mentoring the Design Lead, Production Lead, Post Production Lead, and Creative Lead.Provide strategic and creative direction on key accounts, ensuring all work adheres to the creative vision & strategy.Play a pivotal role in pitching for new business, creating compelling narratives and presenting innovative ideas.Develop and oversee the implementation of creative processes within the agency.This Is What We Need From You... Proven Leadership in a Creative Role with extensive experience in a senior creative role within a fast-paced, social media agency or brand environment.Social Media Expertise with a deep understanding of the social media landscape.Strategic Vision and Execution, able to translate creative vision into actionable plans.Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills, able to articulate creative concepts to internal teams and clients.A Passion for Creativity and Innovation, staying ahead of industry trends.Business Acumen, balancing creative aspirations with client needs and budget constraints.Some Specifics Salary: Will be discussed in 1st stage interview
Time: 38 hours, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
Location: Borough, London (hybrid - 2 days in the office per week)
