The Role Profiles Creative have teamed up with one of the fasted growing FMCG brands in the UK and States.
The brand specialise in nutritrion and healthcare for newborn's, babies and toddlers.
They are for a visionary Creative Director to lead their creative function from the ground up.
In this newly created position, you'll set the tone for our creative direction, designing, shaping, and elevating our brand identity across all touchpoints.
You'll have the autonomy to lead creative strategy and execution, from concept to completion, while developing and mentoring an in-house creative team.
With a focus on bold, impactful design, you'll collaborate across departments and channels, ensuring our brand story resonates and remains consistent as we grow globally.
This is a pivotal role for someone ready to make their mark, bringing innovative ideas to the table and inspiring a team to deliver industry-leading work.
Key Responsibilities Define and deliver the creative vision and strategy , ensuring alignment with the brand's marketing and growth objectives.
Take ownership of creative development , from packaging design to digital campaigns, producing standout assets across all platforms.
Establish streamlined processes for packaging and print design , ensuring accuracy and consistency as we scale internationally.
Lead and inspire the creative team , providing direction, feedback, and support to unlock their full potential.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to craft bold, engaging campaigns that drive results.
Build processes to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, setting standards for quality and execution.
Translate strategic objectives into effective creative briefs and oversee their delivery.
Oversee the visual impact of communications , including B2B materials, to ensure everything reflects the brand's ethos.
Manage multiple projects and priorities with an eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
What You'll Bring A proven track record as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role, with a portfolio that demonstrates bold, impactful work.
Experience leading creative strategy and managing diverse design projects across print, packaging, digital, and out-of-home campaigns.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and empowering a team.
Strong understanding of marketing trends and brand storytelling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
