Creative Copywriter Location: Bristol About Hybrid: Hybrid is a multi-award winning high-growth global media agency with offices in Bristol, Philadelphia, Kuala Lumpur, Kathmandu, and Sydney.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Creative Copywriter to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for strategic writing, an understanding of the higher education landscape, and the ability to craft compelling and engaging copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
You will play a vital role in developing impactful content across various channels to help our clients achieve their marketing objectives and enhance their brand presence.

Key Responsibilities: Understand project objectives, target audience, and brand voice.
Build upon creative concepts, messaging strategies, and content plans Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including websites, landing pages, campaigns, social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Conduct research to gather information and insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform content development and messaging strategies.
Adapt writing style and tone to suit the unique characteristics and objectives of each client, maintaining brand consistency and voice across all communications.
Collaborate closely with other members of the creative and marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines before finalizing deliverables for client review and approval.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in copywriting, content creation, or marketing communications, preferably within the higher education industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing samples across various mediums and formats, demonstrating creativity, storytelling ability, and strategic thinking.
Thorough writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting engaging and persuasive content.
Solid understanding of branding principles, messaging strategies, and audience segmentation, with the ability to tailor content to different target audiences and channels.
Proficiency in research methodologies, including the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources to support content development and messaging strategies.
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively within a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting client expectations.
