You will play a crucial role in driving the brand's success in UK and global markets, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative strategies that align with our brand's values and objectives.
This role will also involve managing our social media presence and content strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Brand Strategies: Create and execute the brand marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Brand Director.
Develop creative campaigns to a global calendar, launch initiative launch plans, coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales team, trade marketing, NPD, finance) and external partners (e.g., creative freelancers, agencies).
Build the marketing calendar in collaboration with the Retail Marketing Manager and deliver against key tasks and responsibilities.Editorial and Community Output: Be the voice for Miller Harris across our core social channels, working with our community programme to create leading and disruptive user-generated content in line with the brand bible.
Be a strong leader for the brand tone of voice across all channels and protect the unique market position we hold across all platforms.Manage Brand Budget: Take shared ownership of the brand budget, ensuring effective and accurate management, including the administration of all invoices, monthly accruals, and budget trackers.Lead Media and Content Management: Oversee all brand media activities, including developing briefs, managing agency relationships, securing global and internal approvals, and aligning media strategies with brand goals.
Develop and execute a robust content strategy across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Drive Brand Initiatives and Consumer Engagement: Lead the planning and execution of new brand initiatives, ensuring flawless execution.
Work closely with PR and Influencer Marketing teams to drive consumer engagement, both online and offline, and collaborate with media agencies to extend brand reach.Focus on Digital Innovation: Embrace an online-first approach, developing disruptive ideas that connect with consumers and deliver strong ROI.
