We are currently looking for a Creative Artworker to join our Brand Marketing team. The key role will involve producing print-ready artwork solutions for our own brand packaging and media channels (both online and offline), ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Attention to detail is critical, and a keen eye for typography, colour, and layout is essential.
We require at least 1 year of artworking experience, preferably with packaging artwork, and proficiency with Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign.
Key Responsibilities: Create packaging artwork: You'll design and prepare packaging artwork that follows our brand's style and guidelines.
Design for various platforms: You'll create artwork for different media, including online and offline channels, while making sure everything sticks to the brand's look and feel.
Work with the team: You'll collaborate with our in-house designers, artworkers, and marketing team to create eye-catching campaign materials, like in-store displays (POS).
Keep track of print jobs: You'll manage print quotes, deadlines, and make sure everything is well-organised and communicated with the right people, so our campaigns and packaging are produced on time.
Check print quality: You'll review print samples and occasionally attend print runs to make sure everything looks great and meets our standards.
Work with suppliers: You'll be the main contact for our print suppliers, ensuring jobs are printed on time and meet our quality expectations.
You'll also join review meetings with printers when needed.
Organise design files: You'll take care of our design and brand files by keeping them organised, archived properly, and ensuring easy access for the team.
Manage the photo library: You'll oversee the organisation of our photography assets, making sure everything is easy to find and up to date.
Keep the brand consistent: You'll act as a "brand guardian," making sure everyone in the company follows the brand guidelines when creating new materials.
Plan and organise: You'll work with the rest of the marketing team in an organised and efficient way to make sure all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Live our company values: You'll be a role model for the company's values in everything you do.
