Outside IR35 - Educational Psychologist Position Overview:Educational Psychologists work with children and young people to support their learning, behaviour, and social adjustment.
They utilize their expertise in psychological and educational assessment to assist children facing difficulties.
Key Responsibilities: Consultation:Work with schools or nurseries concerned about a child's development.
Assessment:Evaluate a child's progress and adjust management plans accordingly.
Collaboration:Partner with teachers, student counsellors, and other professionals.
Parental Engagement:Meet with parents to discuss their child's experiences, concerns, and potential interventions.
Diagnosis:Identify conditions such as literacy and dyslexia, numeracy and dyscalculia, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Requirements Required Skills and Attributes: Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
