Essential Qualifications & Experience We are looking for a dynamic manager with the following qualifications and skills:
Proven Experience : Demonstrated success as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care, with a deep understanding of CQC regulations. Qualifications : A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work toward it) and training in areas like dementia care, diabetes awareness, safeguarding, and risk assessment. Relationship Building : Strong skills in stakeholder engagement within the healthcare sector. Financial Acumen : Proven ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of care.
