As a Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include: Supervising Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers.
Assisting the Registered Manager with staff rotas and coverage.
Identifying and addressing care and training needs.
Providing training to staff.
Supporting the day-to-day management of the home.
Acting as a key worker and role model for junior staff.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Maintaining high standards of care and well-being for young people.

The ideal Deputy Manager will have: Diploma level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it).
