You will work as part of an award-winning team who are valued for their contribution, with opportunities for career development, as well as a friendly and rewarding working environment About the role: This is a vital role within the Home, working as a team to support the nursing staff in providing care to the social, emotional, and physical needs of the residents Requirements: • Ability to deliver a high standard of resident care.
• Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills.
• Communicate and collaborate cooperatively with other staff members.
• Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
• High standard of personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Possess a good standard of verbal and written English.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK/Ireland- no sponsorship available.
