This role is perfect for teachers seeking the freedom to choose their assignments and work on a day-to-day basis.Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups.
Maintain a well-managed and orderly classroom environment.
Consistently apply school-specific behaviour management policies.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Provide feedback to the agency and regular teachers on student progress and behaviour.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience in managing classroom behaviour effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to different teaching environments and subjects.
