Position: Cover Supervisors Location: Birmingham Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: Flexible, including full-time and part-time opportunities About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of teachers.
As a Cover Supervisor your responsibilities will include, but not limited: Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects.
Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
Supporting students learning and ensuring they remain on task.
Liaising with teaching staff to ensure lesson objectives are met.

Requirements: Previous work experience as a Cover Supervisor ; is desirable Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.
A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
Ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
