This full-time role offers you the chance to work in a supportive school environment, ensuring students stay engaged and focused during their lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor: Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensure students remain on task and follow set lesson plans.
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students in their learning and offer guidance as needed.
Uphold the school's rules, policies, and procedures.
Requirements of a Cover Supervisor: Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
A positive, adaptable attitude and a commitment to supporting students.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
