Cover Supervisor We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Cover Supervisor at a client secondary school based in South Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
The successful applicant can expect to earn up to £100 per day, depending on experience.
The school is within a 10-minute walk to the nearest public transport options, and also has a large car park onsite for staff members using a vehicle.
Applicants should be able to start in January after the Christmas holidays.
Responsibilities: Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and provide support to students in their learning.
Manage student behaviour and maintain discipline according to the school's policies.
Support teachers in planning and preparing resources for lessons.
Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour.
Assist with administrative tasks such as taking attendance and maintaining records.
Requirements: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
