We are now seeking a motivated and confident Cover Supervisor to join our committed team.
The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school in the absence of teachers.
You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining classroom order, and supporting students' learning across a range of subjects.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a class of students in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure that students remain engaged and focused.
Maintain a positive learning environment and ensure all students adhere to school behaviour policies.
Support students with their work and encourage independent learning.
Liaise with teaching staff to provide feedback on student progress and classroom activities.

Requirements: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Essential).
Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting (Desirable).

A flexible, proactive, and patient approach to working with students.
An interest in education and supporting student development.
