This role will entail: Classroom Management: Leading classes across a range of subjects and age groups, ensuring that students stay on task and adhere to school policies.
Delivering Pre-Set Work: Supervising students as they complete work left by the regular teacher, ensuring clear instructions and providing support where needed.
Behaviour Supervision: Managing classroom behavior to create a safe and respectful environment conducive to learning.
Support for Students: Encouraging students, answering general questions, and fostering a positive attitude towards learning.
Liaising with Staff: Working alongside teachers and school staff to support students' educational progress and address any classroom issues.
Role Requirements: DBS on the Update Service: Essential for compliance and student safety.
Right to Work in the UK: Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
Excellent English and Maths Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and assist with classroom learning.
Passion for Education: A genuine commitment to inspiring and guiding students.
