Cover Supervisor

I am  recruiting for multiple Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors  for a  Secondary School  in  Manchester (M24)  to work with an immediate start!

GSL Education are working with a secondary school in M24.
You will be supporting the children with their learning and development.
You will also be expected to work with groups of children and occasionally on a one to one basis as and when required.
Working hours are 08:30am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday.
We are looking for both part-time and full-time applicants.

Your role & responsibilities: Promote inclusion and acceptance of all children Delivering 1-2-1 sessions if needed Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate Please note, candidates without a qualification but with extensive experience (paid or voluntary) with children or a relevant setting are also welcome to apply!
Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher Two suitable references covering the last 2 years Be able to display excellent verbal communication as well as the ability to actively listen.
