Job Description Cover Supervisor \n Leicester \n Competitive Rates of Pay \n We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in schools across the Leicester area.
\n As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes of students in the absence of their regular teacher.
You will need to be confident in managing behaviour, delivering pre-planned work, and ensuring a positive learning environment.
\n Key Responsibilities: \n \n Supervising classes of students in the absence of their teacher \n Delivering pre-planned work and activities \n Managing classroom behaviour effectively \n Ensuring a safe and positive learning environment \n Building positive relationships with students and staff \n \n Essential Requirements: \n \n Experience working with children and young people \n Strong classroom management skills \n Excellent communication skills \n Flexibility and adaptability \n A valid DBS check (or willingness to undertake one) \n \n Desirable Requirements: \n \n Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) \n Experience working as a Cover Supervisor \n \n If you are passionate about education and have the skills to make a positive impact on young people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
