Responsibilities: As a Cover Supervisor , you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
Provide feedback to the teaching staff about student progress and behaviour.
Support students in their learning journey and encourage their engagement.
Requirements: As a Cover Supervisor , you should have: A passion for education and working with young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage a classroom effectively and inspire students.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow lesson plans.
