Cover Supervisor   Location: Boscombe   Job Type: Full-time/Part-time   Salary: £85-£100 per day (Depending on Experience)   Start Date: Immediate   Are you passionate about education and ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people?    GSL Education is looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a lively school community in Boscombe .

    Responsibilities:   As a Cover Supervisor , you will:   Supervise and support students in the absence of their regular teacher.
  Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
  Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
  Provide feedback to the teaching staff about student progress and behaviour .
  Support students in their learning journey and encourage their engagement.
  Requirements:   As a Cover Supervisor , you should have:   A passion for education and working with young people.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  The ability to manage a classroom effectively and inspire students.
  Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow lesson plans.
