Are you an experienced and adaptable Cover Supervisor looking for a new challenge?
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, covering lessons in a vibrant and successful secondary school in the Clitheroe area.
About the Role: Position : Cover Supervisor Location : Clitheroe area Start Date : Immediate or flexible start available Contract : Flexible working arrangements, competitive daily rates As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
Ensure students remain engaged, focused, and on-task throughout the lesson.
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support the school's policies on behaviour and safeguarding.
About You: The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
Be confident, approachable, and adaptable to a variety of situations.
Hold a genuine interest in supporting the academic and personal development of students.
Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
