The Role This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning law firm within their Court of Protection department that offers specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of vulnerable clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience running a Court of Protection caseload and will be responsible for all aspects of Court of Protection work including Personal Injury trusts; statutory wills and gift applications; deputyship applications, as well as providing guidance to other team members.
Client care skills along with experience in working in a Court of Protection department is essential.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, the Mental Capacity Code of Practice and Court of Protection Rules There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong lawyer with ambition, who can develop relationships and put clients at ease during potentially very stressful situations.
