Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Healthcare Advisory / Court of Protection Team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside the existing Court of Protection Team.
The ideal candidate will be a solicitor with 0-3 years PQE, ideally in Health and Welfare Court of Protection.
There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong lawyer with ambition, who can develop relationships and put clients at ease during potentially very stressful situations.
The role will include working closely with the firm's Healthcare Advisory team handling Court of Protection matters with some Inquest and Data Protection issues.
The Candidate Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE Candidates who have experience of working on cases involving heath and welfare Highly organised Have the ability to multi task Have the ability to work independently Experience in Court of Protection is preferable Excellent organisation and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts.
