Situated on the site of the old Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the friendly and compassionate care team delivers outstanding, personalised care to residents with a range of needs.

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs Administration and monitoring of medications to residents.
Supporting residents at meals time Mentor & assist new employees.
Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs.
Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants *This is not intended as an exhaustive description of duties, please see the job description for full details.

You'll be genuinely valued and empowered as an integral part of our team.
Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team.
Have a friendly & caring attitude.
Experience of administrating medication Able to engage well with the residents and their families.
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this.
Great communication skills, both written & verbal.
