Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel.
Experience managing offices of an international tour & travel company.
Strong negotiation skills and experience with vendors in the travel/tourism business Ability to implement the company's performance driven strategy with a strong focus on Excellence Passionate for Tourism and People Experience managing offices of travel company You will be responsible for: Manage Day to day Operation and drive the effectiveness of the regional staffs to develop new programs and to achieve quality goals, reporting directly to Regional Manager.
Drive the Hiring/Training/Scheduling/Coaching/Managing Tour Guides for products.
Driving the creation of a strong team of high performing Tour Guides who exemplify the company's culture, values and team spirit.
Creating strong relationships with vendors and supporting buying and profitability goals in the region Providing 24/7 Emergency support and driving resolutions of issues.
