About the role
As the UK Country Leader, you will be the driving force behind Lyrebird's growth and brand presence in the region. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will wear many hats - from sales and customer experience to operations and team building.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the UKBuilding and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the UK healthcare ecosystem, including NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, and industry partnersDriving sales growth by pitching Lyrebird's products, onboarding new customers, and ensuring their successHiring, training, and leading a high-performing local teamCollaborating closely with HQ in Melbourne to align on strategy and share market insightsServing as the face of Lyrebird in the UK and embodying our mission, vision, and valuesWhat you'll bring:
Proven experience leading and scaling a business unit or startupTrack record of success in enterprise sales and business developmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate and manage high-performing teamsUnderstanding of the UK healthcare landscapeComfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWillingness to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with all aspects of the businessExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsEntrepreneurial spirit and growth mindsetAlignment with Lyrebird's mission and excitement about the potential of AI in healthcareWhy Lyrebird:
