Urgently seeking FLT Drivers with BITA B2 certificate which allows you to drive a forklift truck up to 16 tonnes.Job SummaryTo transport large machinery from and to containers.Hourly rate:£15.00ph - £16.00ph depending on experience Hours of work:08.30 - 16.30KeyTransport large machinery from containers to the factory floorRemove all packaging from machine to ensure it is ready for the next stage in productionTransport finished product to designated areas within the factory and store safety until needed for the next stage of productionEnsure all transportation of product is actioned in a safe manner following Company Health and Safety guidelines.Ensure the safe loading and off-loading of vehicles collecting and delivering to and from the production departmentEssential2+ years' previous experience driving a forklift within a manufacturing environment.Experience using a forklift truck to move heavy, large and awkwardly shaped components.Forklift license counterbalance B2Experience having the ability to work under your own initiativeWork as a team player to achieve customer quality, delivery and cost requirements.Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations when operating a forkliftMust be available to start on 04 Novemer 2024.LEC01
