Counter Assistant – Gloucester

We are seeking a friendly and reliable  Counter Assistant to join a pharmacy team in Gloucester.
This flexible role offers 4 or 5 full working days (Monday to Friday) and is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and assist with counter sales.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer advice.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the till system.
Stock and organize shelves and counters, ensuring products are neatly displayed.
Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking.
Ensure a clean and tidy counter area, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Requirements: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A friendly, professional attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock management.
