As they continue their expansion, they are looking for a skilled Costs Draftsperson to strengthen their team of costs experts.

You'll handle your own caseload while collaborating closely with experienced cost professionals.
Key responsibilities include drafting Points of Dispute, negotiating cost settlements, reviewing case files, and advising lawyers on cost strategies.

The Candidate: Proven experience as a Costs Draftsperson, managing your own caseload.
Strong grasp of costs law and the Civil Procedure Rules.
Proficiency in preparing Points of Dispute and reviewing replies.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
