Job Details Your new companyI'm currently working with an established manufacturing company in South Leicestershire that has exceptional staff retention, an emphasis on team culture and international group backing.Your new roleAs Cost Controller, you will be an integral part of the business and will work closely with the Plant Manager and international cost controller on a range of responsibilities including: Ownership of the sites cost accounting - Periodic analysis of product margin deviationMargin Improvement Activities working closely with Key Account ManagersMonitoring and updating cost update to ensure accurate labour and BOM costs Inventory Reporting - monthly reporting analysis and reconciliationsBudget & Forecasting for the site in line with corporate guidelinesWhat you'll need to succeedFor this role you will need to be an experienced cost accountant with demonstrable experience in manufacturing.
Ideally, you will be robust in dealing with various stakeholders and comfortable handling change management.
