What You'll Do: ? Monitor and control project costs to ensure budgets align with forecasts.
? Prepare cost reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
? Analyze cost variances and trends, recommending risk mitigation strategies.
? Develop and maintain cost management processes in collaboration with the team.
? Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure cost accuracy and compliance.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in cost control for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects (nuclear experience is a plus!).
Expertise in cost management tools (Primavera P6, SAP, etc.).
Knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contract frameworks.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field preferred.
