Martin (Traffic Management) Limited are looking for a passionate, experienced Cost Capture Team Manager to join our Team.The RoleYou will play a crucial role in our business, managing the Cost Capture Team and their performance.Responsibilities Ultimately be responsible for the cost capture team and their performanceVerification of internal and external costs submittedMake sure all SDF applications are completely up to date on a weekly basis – all queries are resolved, and load sheets are entered.
Helping the team at month end format the applications so QS's/CM's can upload to CEMAR.
Keeping logs if anything is changed after the team has issued them.Be the main point of contact for Subcontractors for any queries on timesheets and helping to solve timesheet queries in a timely manner.Be logic and Clockify point of contact (commercially), making sure all data is entered correctly, no duplicates, formatted properlyAttend CVR's for SDF so any variant %'s can be investigated?
Specific Requirements You must hold a valid UK Driving LicenseExcellent cost understandingExcellent communication and customer relationship management skillsBe proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package, in particular, with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
SharePoint knowledge would be an advantage.
