Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the corporate tax team, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
Develop and execute strategic tax initiatives that align with clients' objectives.
Offer expert guidance on complex tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and international tax.
Oversee the preparation and review of corporate tax returns, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Stay up-to-date with tax legislation and industry trends to provide informed advice.
Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with extensive corporate tax experience.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
